The 2nd Corporate Governance Conference will take place on 11 and 12 December 2023 at STIAS, Stellenbosch. The conference is a collaboration between the Stellenbosch Business School and the School of Accountancy of Stellenbosch University.

The conference includes keynote addresses by Prof Wiseman Nkuhlu (Chairman KPMG South Africa) and Prof Musa Mangena (Nottingham University Business School). A panel discussion on The Governance of Sustainability. facilitated by Joy-Marie Lawrence will be held. Panel members include: Mr Imre Nagy (IRBA, CEO), Prof Divya Singh (STADIO, Chief Academic Officer), Dr Jaisheila Rajput (TOMA-Now, CEO), Ms Shameela Soobramoney (NBI, CEO), Mr Jacques de Bie (Singular Systems, Head of Outsourcing and Investor Relations).
