Service to develop and deliver IPSAS and Health Service Training under the auspices of ONECCA-Togo

PAFA is inviting proposals to develop/translate IPSAS and Health Service training material and deliver the training as set forth in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).  Consultants should have a good understanding of the context of Public and Health Service Sectors in French Speaking Countries, including in Togo and should be capable of delivering the training in French.

Service providers should carefully review the RFP and ToR before deciding whether to submit a proposal. A proposal should be submitted only if the service provider can perform the service if selected.
