Public Value Management Conference (PVM)
The conference held at the Hilton Nairobi on 08 October 2018. The event attracted 107 delegates from 11 countries across the continent including; Kenya, Rwanda, Botswana, Malawi, Nigeria, Zambia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Chad, and Lesotho.

Bruce Vivian of AFROSAI-E, delivers a presentation on the 'Africa Professionalisation Initiative'. He elaborates on Africa's public sector capacity development, and highlights 11 questions governments should ask when initiating the professionalisation of its Public Financial Management workforce. Public Sector Accountability in Africa:
The session was chaired by Mr. Buffy Bailor CEO of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone (ICASL). Panelist speakers including; Hon.Opiyo Wandayi (Chairman AFROPAC), Mr. Vickson Ncube (PAFA CEO),Mr. Kenneth Hlasa (CEO ESAAG), Ms. Meisie Nkau (CEO AFROSAI-E), shared insights on enabling the development of skills, ethics and accountability in the public sector.
