Service to coordinate the implementation of the ONECCA-Togo Development Project

PAFA is inviting Proposals from Consultants based in Lome, Togo, interested in the position of in-country project coordinator as set forth in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

Service providers should carefully review the RFP and ToR before deciding whether to submit a proposal. A proposal should be submitted only if the service provider can perform the service if selected.
