Their leadership and strategic insights help shape the direction of these organisations, ensuring that the global accountancy profession remains inclusive and responsive to the unique needs of Africa.

We also extend our gratitude to the professional accountancy organisations (PAOs) that encourage and empower their members to step forward and represent Africa when opportunities arise. Their support is crucial in ensuring that Africa’s perspectives are effectively considered in shaping international standards and guidance.

To further strengthen Africa’s influence on global accountancy platforms, we urge more PAOs across the continent to actively support their members in pursuing these opportunities. By working together, we can enhance Africa’s impact, shape the future of the profession, and drive meaningful change at the global level.
